All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy seasons or promotional events, shipments may require additional time for handling. If your order experiences a delay beyond 3 business days, our support team will contact you promptly via email at kiddory.help@gmail.com.
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to postal service conditions, weather disruptions, or peak demand periods.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier has received your package.
We proudly ship across all 50 U.S. states using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted for most toys and playsets.
All Kiddory orders include secure handling and tracking to ensure your child’s favorite toys arrive safely and on time.
Kiddory currently ships to select international destinations. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees once the package arrives in their country.
Kiddory is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, international carrier issues, or local import restrictions. Before ordering, please confirm that your country allows the import of toys and related products.
Kiddory is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at kiddory.help@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Our team will review your claim and work with the shipping carrier to provide a suitable solution — either a replacement or a refund, when applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned to Kiddory due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
