Thank you for shopping with Kiddory. We value your satisfaction and want every purchase to bring happiness to you and your little one. Please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love every toy you order from Kiddory. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at kiddory.help@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a return authorization and prepaid shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your toy arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at kiddory.help@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made toys
  • Opened or used educational kits
  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., slime kits, art materials that dry out)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility, please contact our team before sending it back.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please complete a return for the original toy and place a new order once the return is accepted. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory tracking.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt — no questions asked. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at kiddory.help@gmail.com.
