At Kiddory, we’re committed to providing fast, reliable shipping and a simple, worry-free return process. Please review our policy below for all details on shipping and returns.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer. If your order is delayed, our team will notify you promptly via email at kiddory.help@gmail.com.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, postal delays, or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries around the world. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the package reaches their country.

Kiddory is not responsible for customs delays or additional import-related charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Kiddory is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at kiddory.help@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll quickly assist you with a replacement or refund when possible.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your little one to love your Kiddory purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at kiddory.help@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and full instructions. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made toys
  • Opened or used educational kits
  • Perishable or consumable products (e.g., craft materials)
  • Gift cards or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at kiddory.help@gmail.com.
