If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at kiddory.help@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, name, and reason for cancellation. We’ll do our best to process your request before your order ships.
Orders can typically be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for return options once the package arrives.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
You may cancel any pre-order or backordered item before it ships by contacting us directly at kiddory.help@gmail.com. Once an item has shipped, our regular return policy applies.
