Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy seasons, shipments may take a few extra days to process. If there’s ever a significant delay, our team will notify you promptly by email at kiddory.help@gmail.com.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Within the United States

We proudly ship nationwide across all 50 U.S. states using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted for most items.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees once the shipment reaches their destination.

Kiddory is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges incurred during international delivery. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at kiddory.help@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Our support team will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund when applicable.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you realize an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at kiddory.help@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.
